Mr. Heinen is an entrepreneurial hands-on manager with more than 25 years of management experience in the areas of strategy, M&A, corporate development, turnaround management, finance and enterprise risk management.
He has gained best practice knowledge in a wide variety of industries on four continents and has been responsible for strategic planning and operational implementation processes in both industrial SMEs and listed companies, optimizing organizational and operational structures along the entire value chain.
In addition to military training and a university degree in business administration, Mr. Heinen completed training as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in the USA.
He is passionate about seizing opportunities and solving problems pragmatically, thus creating added value for customers and stakeholders.
