Specializing in India for 20 years and active as a consultant for 15 years, Dr. Johannes Wamser is enthusiastic about the most complex projects. This is why, in addition to his role as Managing Director, he also acts as Head of the WB turnaround management® department.
Companies facing seemingly unsolvable challenges in India benefit from his many years of experience in crisis and change management, particularly in the area of (failed) joint ventures.
