I am currently working as an Assistant Manager – Recruitment at Dr. Wamser & Batra in New Delhi, where I manage recruitment for German and European companies in the Indian market. I also develop HR policies and employment contracts. Previously, I worked as a Recruitment Specialist at MoMagic Technologies and as HR Manager at Grand Slam Fitness, where I was responsible for the recruitment processes and optimized internal communication.
