With over five years of management experience in India, including roles as Managing Director of Flender Ltd. and later Vice President at Siemens India, Bernd Meissner has demonstrated his ability to lead operations successfully under challenging conditions. He has also shown strong leadership in motivating and managing teams across cultural boundaries. Known for his hands-on approach, he remains closely connected to day-to-day business operations and never hesitates to step in personally when the situation demands it.

During his time in India, he actively worked across nearly all key business functions, from sales and engineering to supply chain, procurement, production, quality, and HR.
