3. collection of general data and information

The website of the Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information is stored in the server log files. The (1) browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system accesses our website (so-called referrer), (4) the sub-websites which are accessed via an accessing system on our website can be recorded, (5) the date and time of access to the website, (6) an internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the internet service provider of the accessing system and (8) other similar data and information used for security purposes in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

When using these general data and information, the Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH does not draw any conclusions about the data subject. Rather, this information is needed to (1) deliver the content of our website correctly, (2) optimize the content of our website as well as its advertisement, (3) ensure the long-term viability of our information technology systems and website technology, and (4) provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecution in case of a cyber-attack. Therefore, the Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH analyzes anonymously collected data and information statistically, with the aim of increasing the data protection and data security of our enterprise, and to ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data we process. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a data subject.

4. subscription to our newsletter “Indien-Brief”

On the website of the Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our enterprise’s newsletter (“Indien-Brief”). The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted to the controller when the newsletter is ordered.

Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH informs its customers and business partners at regular intervals by means of a newsletter about technical content / expert articles on India. This may also include offers from the company. The newsletter of our company can only be received by the data subject if (1) the data subject has a valid e-mail address and (2) the data subject registers to receive the newsletter. For legal reasons, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered for the first time for the newsletter dispatch in the so-called “double opt-in procedure”. This confirmation e-mail is expressly used to check whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject has authorized the receipt of the newsletter. If you do not confirm your e-mail address accordingly, you will not receive the newsletter.

When registering for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the data subject at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to be able to trace the (possible) misuse of a data subject’s e-mail address at a later date and therefore serves the legal protection of the controller and for your protection.

The personal data collected when registering for the newsletter will be used exclusively to send our newsletter. Furthermore, subscribers to the newsletter may be informed by e-mail if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or a related registration, as could be the case in the event of changes to the newsletter offer or changes in technical circumstances. The subscription to our newsletter can be canceled by the data subject at any time via an unsubscribe link or notification to us (“opt-out option”). The consent to the storage of personal data that the data subject has given us for the newsletter dispatch can be revoked at any time. There is a corresponding link in every newsletter for the purpose of revoking consent. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time directly on the controller’s website or to inform the controller of this in another way.

We use rapidmail to send our newsletter. Your data will therefore be transmitted to rapidmail GmbH. Rapidmail GmbH is prohibited from using your data for purposes other than sending the newsletter. Rapidmail GmbH is not permitted to pass on or sell your data. rapidmail is a German, certified newsletter software provider that has been carefully selected in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the BDSG. Otherwise, no data will be passed on to third parties.

5. newsletter tracking

The newsletters of Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH contain so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic that is embedded in e-mails sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and log file analysis. This allows a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns to be carried out. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, the Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH may see if and when an e-mail was opened by a data subject, and which links in the e-mail were called up by data subjects.

Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by the controller in order to optimize the newsletter dispatch and to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to the interests of the data subject. This personal data is not passed on to third parties. Data subjects are entitled at any time to revoke the separate declaration of consent given in this regard via the double opt-in procedure. After revocation, this personal data will be deleted by the controller. The Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH automatically regards a withdrawal from the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation.

6. subscription to the blog on the website

The articles contained in the blog of Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH can no longer be subscribed to separately. Instead, the articles are sent to newsletter subscribers in an editorially revised form as part of our India Letter (see above “4. Subscription to our newsletter “India Letter”).

7. data protection information for webinars with GoToWebinar

Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH uses the GoToWebinar software solution from LogMeIn, Inc. 333 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210 USA to conduct webinars over the Internet.
LogMeIn, Inc. is the data controller for the provision of this service and the associated data processing. You can find LogMeIn’s privacy policy here.
In order to conduct the webinar, we transmit your registration or customer data to LogMeIn, Inc. The processing of your data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). To conduct the webinar, an encrypted connection is established between you and the organizer of the webinar.
The webinars are regularly recorded in order to make them available on the Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH website and on other platforms for later retrieval. Questions asked by participants during the seminar and the corresponding answers are also recorded and played back when the webinar is accessed later.
Statistical data is collected during and after the webinar. If you participate in a webinar, in addition to your registration data, we receive information about the duration of participation, interest in the webinar, questions asked and answers given for the purpose of optimizing future webinars and improving our consulting services.

8 Routine deletion and blocking of personal data

The controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or as far as this is granted by the European legislator or other legislators in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject to.

If the storage purpose no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European legislator or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

9 Rights of the data subject

10. data protection for applications and in the application process

The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by email or via a web form on the website. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller stand in the way of deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

11. data protection provisions about the application and use of Facebook

On this website, the controller has integrated components of the enterprise Facebook. Facebook is a social network.

A social network is a social meeting place operated on the Internet, an online community that generally enables users to communicate with each other and interact in virtual space. A social network can serve as a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences or enable the Internet community to provide personal or company-related information. Facebook allows users of the social network to create private profiles, upload photos and network via friend requests, among other things.

The operating company of Facebook is Facebook, Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. If a data subject lives outside the USA or Canada, the controller for the processing of personal data is Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the controller and on which a Facebook component (Facebook plug-in) was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to download a display of the corresponding Facebook component from Facebook through the Facebook component. A complete overview of all Facebook plug-ins can be accessed at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/?locale=de_DE. During the course of this technical procedure, Facebook is made aware of what specific sub-page of our website was visited by the data subject.

If the data subject is logged in to Facebook at the same time, Facebook recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting each time the data subject accesses our website and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website. This information is collected by the Facebook component and assigned by Facebook to the respective Facebook account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the Facebook buttons integrated on our website, for example the “Like” button, or if the data subject makes a comment, Facebook assigns this information to the personal Facebook user account of the data subject and stores this personal data.

Facebook always receives information via the Facebook component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to Facebook at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Facebook component or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to Facebook, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their Facebook account before accessing our website.

The data policy published by Facebook, which is available at https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/, provides information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by Facebook. It also explains the setting options Facebook offers to protect the privacy of the data subject. In addition, various applications are available that make it possible to suppress the transmission of data to Facebook. Such applications can be used by the data subject to suppress data transmission to Facebook.

12. data protection provisions about the application and use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)

The controller has integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analysis service. Web analysis is the collection, gathering and evaluation of data about the behavior of visitors to websites. Among other things, a web analysis service collects data about the website from which a data subject came to a website (so-called referrer), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed. Web analysis is mainly used to optimize a website and for the cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.

The operating company of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The data controller uses the addition “_gat._anonymizeIp” for web analysis via Google Analytics. By means of this addition, the IP address of the Internet connection of the data subject is shortened and anonymized by Google if access to our Internet pages is from a member state of the European Union or from another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze the flow of visitors to our website. Google uses the data and information obtained, among other things, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports for us that show the activities on our website, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.

Google Analytics places a cookie on the data subject’s IT system. What cookies are has already been explained above. By setting the cookie, Google is enabled to analyze the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the controller and on which a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. During the course of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of personal information, such as the IP address of the data subject, which serves Google, inter alia, to understand the origin of visitors and clicks, and subsequently create commission settlements.

The cookie is used to store personal information, such as the access time, the location from which access was made and the frequency of visits to our website by the data subject. Each time our website is visited, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the data subject, is transmitted to Google in the United States of America. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may pass on this personal data collected via the technical process to third parties.

The data subject may, as stated above, prevent the setting of cookies through our website at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the web browser used and thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the data subject’s IT system. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the data subject has the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of data generated by Google Analytics relating to the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google. To do this, the data subject must download and install a browser add-on from the link https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about visits to websites may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered an objection by Google. If the data subject’s IT system is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later date, the data subject must reinstall the browser add-on in order to deactivate Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the data subject or another person who is attributable to their sphere of control, it is possible to reinstall or reactivate the browser add-on.

Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google may be retrieved under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and under http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html. Google Analytics is explained under this link https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/genauer.

13. data protection provisions about the application and use of Google+

The controller has integrated the Google+ button as a component on this website. Google+ is a so-called social network. A social network is a social meeting place operated on the Internet, an online community that generally enables users to communicate with each other and interact in virtual space. A social network can serve as a platform for the exchange of opinions and experiences or enable the Internet community to provide personal or company-related information. Google+ allows users of the social network to create private profiles, upload photos and network via friend requests, among other things.

The operating company of Google+ is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the controller and on which a Google+ button has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to download a display of the corresponding Google+ button from Google through the respective Google+ button. As part of this technical process, Google receives information about which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject. More detailed information about Google+ is available at https://developers.google.com/+/.

available.

If the data subject is logged in to Google+ at the same time, Google recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting each time the data subject accesses our website and for the entire duration of the respective stay on our website. This information is collected by the Google+ button and assigned by Google to the respective Google+ account of the data subject.

If the data subject clicks on one of the Google+ buttons integrated on our website and thereby makes a Google+1 recommendation, Google assigns this information to the personal Google+ user account of the data subject and stores this personal data. Google stores the data subject’s Google+1 recommendation and makes it publicly available in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted by the data subject in this regard. A Google+1 recommendation made by the data subject on this website is subsequently stored and processed together with other personal data, such as the name of the Google+1 account used by the data subject and the photo stored in this account in other Google services, for example the search engine results of the Google search engine, the Google account of the data subject or in other places, for example on websites or in connection with advertisements. Google is also able to link the visit to this website with other personal data stored by Google. Google also records this personal information for the purpose of improving or optimizing the various Google services.

Google always receives information via the Google+ button that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to Google+ at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the Google+ button or not.

If the data subject does not want personal data to be transmitted to Google, they can prevent such transmission by logging out of their Google+ account before accessing our website.

Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google may be retrieved under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. Further information from Google on the Google+1 button can be found at https://developers.google.com/+/web/buttons-policy.

14. data protection provisions about the application and use of LinkedIn

The controller has integrated components of LinkedIn Corporation on this website. LinkedIn is an Internet-based social network that allows users to connect with existing business contacts and make new business contacts. Over 400 million registered people use LinkedIn in more than 200 countries. This makes LinkedIn currently the largest platform for business contacts and one of the most visited websites in the world.

The operating company of LinkedIn is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. LinkedIn Ireland, Privacy Policy Issues, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, is responsible for data protection matters outside the USA.

Each time you visit our website, which is equipped with a LinkedIn component (LinkedIn plug-in), this component causes the browser used by the data subject to download a corresponding representation of the LinkedIn component. Further information about the LinkedIn plug-ins may be accessed under https://developer.linkedin.com/plugins. As part of this technical process, LinkedIn receives information about which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject.

If the data subject is logged in to LinkedIn at the same time, LinkedIn recognizes which specific subpage of our website the data subject is visiting each time the data subject accesses our website and for the entire duration of their stay on our website. This information is collected by the LinkedIn component and assigned by LinkedIn to the respective LinkedIn account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the LinkedIn buttons integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the personal LinkedIn user account of the data subject and stores this personal data.

LinkedIn always receives information via the LinkedIn component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to LinkedIn at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the LinkedIn component or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to LinkedIn, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their LinkedIn account before accessing our website.

LinkedIn offers the option to unsubscribe from email messages, SMS messages and targeted ads and to manage ad settings at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls. LinkedIn also uses partners such as Quantcast, Google Analytics, BlueKai, DoubleClick, Nielsen, Comscore, Eloqua and Lotame, which may set cookies. Such cookies can be rejected at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy. The applicable data protection provisions of LinkedIn may be retrieved under https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy LinkedIn’s cookie policy is available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy.

15. data protection provisions about the application and use of X

The data controller has integrated X components on this website. X is a multilingual, publicly accessible microblogging service on which users can publish and disseminate so-called tweets, i.e. short messages limited to 140 characters. These short messages can be accessed by anyone, including people who are not registered with X. However, the tweets are also displayed to the so-called followers of the respective user. Followers are other X users who follow a user’s tweets. X also makes it possible to address a broad audience via hashtags, links or retweets.

The operating company of X is

Twitter International Unlimited Company
One Cumberland Place
Fenian Street
Dublin 2
D02 AX07
Ireland

With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this Internet site, which is operated by the controller and on which an X component (X button) was integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted to the download of a display of the corresponding X component of X. As part of this technical process, X receives information about which specific subpage of our website is visited by the data subject. The purpose of integrating the X component is to enable our users to redistribute the content of this website, to make this website known in the digital world and to increase our visitor numbers.

If the data subject is logged in at the same time on X, X recognizes with each call-up to our website by the data subject and for the entire duration of their stay on our Internet site, which specific sub-page of our Internet page was visited by the data subject. This information is collected by the X component and assigned by X to the respective X account of the data subject. If the data subject clicks on one of the X buttons integrated on our website, the data and information transmitted with it is assigned to the personal X user account of the data subject and stored and processed by X.

X always receives information via the X component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to X at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on the X component or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to X in this way, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their X account before accessing our website.

The applicable data protection provisions of X are available at https://x.com/privacy?lang=de.

16th Hubspot

We use HubSpot as our marketing software for lead generation, marketing automation and analysis: Service provider: HubSpot, Inc, 25 First St., 2nd floor, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02141, USA; Website: https://www.hubspot.de; Privacy Policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/de/privacy-policy.

17 Legal basis of the processing

Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR serves our company as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, as is the case, for example, when processing operations are necessary for the supply of goods or to provide any other service or consideration, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation which requires the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may become necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our company and their name, age, health insurance data or other vital information would have to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third party. The processing would then be based on Art. 6 I lit. d GDPR. Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f GDPR. Processing operations that are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail. We are permitted to carry out such processing operations in particular because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this respect, it took the view that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a customer of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR).

18. legitimate interests in the processing pursued by the controller or a third party

Where the processing of personal data is based on Article 6 I lit. f GDPR, our legitimate interest is the performance of our business activities for the benefit of the well-being of all our employees and our shareholders.

19. duration for which the personal data is stored

The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After this period has expired, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or contract initiation.

20. legal or contractual provisions for the provision of personal data; necessity for the conclusion of the contract; obligation of the data subject to provide the personal data; possible consequences of non-provision

We would like to inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). Sometimes it may be necessary for a contract to be concluded for a data subject to provide us with personal data that must subsequently be processed by us. For example, the data subject is obliged to provide us with personal data if our company concludes a contract with them. Failure to provide the personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before personal data is provided by the data subject, the data subject must contact one of our employees. Our employee will inform the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of the personal data is required by law or contract or is necessary for the conclusion of the contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and what the consequences would be if the personal data were not provided.

21. existence of automated decision-making

As a responsible company, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

22. integration of third-party services and content

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR), we use content or service offers from third-party providers within our online offer. GDPR), we use content or service offers from third-party providers in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter uniformly referred to as “content”).

This always presupposes that the third-party providers of this content are aware of the IP address of the user, as they would not be able to send the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags can be used to analyze information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user’s device and may contain, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of visit and other information about the use of our online offer, as well as being linked to such information from other sources.

If we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties) as part of our processing, transfer it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of legal permission (e.g. if the transfer of data to third parties, such as payment service providers, is necessary for the performance of a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), you have given your consent, a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.).

If we commission third parties with the processing of data on the basis of a so-called “order processing contract”, this is done on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR.

23. online presence in social media

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services. When accessing the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply.

Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, we process users’ data if they communicate with us within social networks and platforms, e.g. write posts on our online presences or send us messages.

24 Transfers to third countries

If we process data in a third country (i.e. outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA)) or if this occurs in the context of the use of third-party services or disclosure or transfer of data to third parties, this will only take place if it is done to fulfill our (pre)contractual obligations, on the basis of your consent, on the basis of a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests. Subject to legal or contractual permissions, we only process or have the data processed in a third country if the special requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR are met. This means, for example, that the processing takes place on the basis of special guarantees, such as the officially recognized determination of a level of data protection corresponding to the EU (e.g. for the USA through the “Privacy Shield”) or compliance with officially recognized special contractual obligations (so-called “standard contractual clauses”).

25 Cookies and right to object to direct advertising

Cookies” are small files that are stored on users’ computers. Different information can be stored within the cookies. A cookie is primarily used to store information about a user (or the device on which the cookie is stored) during or after their visit to an online service. Temporary cookies, or “session cookies” or “transient cookies”, are cookies that are deleted after a user leaves an online service and closes their browser. The content of a shopping cart in an online store or a login status can be stored in such a cookie, for example. Cookies that remain stored even after the browser is closed are referred to as “permanent” or “persistent”. For example, the login status can be saved if the user visits the website after several days. The interests of users can also be stored in such a cookie and used for reach measurement or marketing purposes. Cookies from providers other than the controller who operates the online service are offered as “third-party cookies” (otherwise, if they are only the controller’s cookies, they are referred to as “first-party cookies”).

We may use temporary and permanent cookies and provide information about this in our privacy policy.
