Under the title “Rumors vs. Facts – Setting Up a Manufacturing Business in India,” experts and business representatives will discuss what really matters when establishing manufacturing and business operations in India.
Key areas of focus include site selection, organizational structure, procurement, compliance, and talent management. Our Managing Director, Jan-H. Heinen, brings his many years of experience in strategic and operational work in India to these efforts.
