When we started out in India over 20 years ago, this is exactly what was missing: a consultancy that speaks from experience – not theory. With this conviction, Dr. Johannes Wamser and Mike D. Batra, founded Dr. Wamser + Batra GmbH together with experienced entrepreneurs to offer medium-sized companies practical, honest and strong implementation support in India.

Today, our team comprises over 110 employees at six locations in India and elsewhere. We have founded WB Risk Prevention Systems GmbH and other WB companies, steadily expanded our team in India with Karl Freedman as COO and added Jan-Hendrik Heinen to the management team at our German HQ.

We don’t just implement projects, we take responsibility. We navigate you to your goals transparently, reliably and always at eye level – because we don’t think in terms of project durations, but in terms of long-term partnerships.
